Lymm Dickensian Christmas Festival (2016) – Stall Application Form

Our Festival is organised by the Lymm Dickensian Christmas Festival Committee – a local voluntary, not for profit community group. Everyone associated with our Festival is a volunteer who willingly gives up many hours to bring this local event to life. All profits raised by the Lymm Dickensian Charity Committee go to a chosen charity.

The Lymm Dickensian Christmas Festival will be held on Saturday 10th December 2016.

STALL BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Stalls are welcome from all local charities, businesses and other organisations for this popular day in the village calendar. As is normal for the festival we are anticipating an exceptional response, so please let us know as soon as possible if you can take part.

WE PROVIDE: Support and co-ordination on the day
YOU PROVIDE: Your stall wares, signs, tables, gazebos, staff etc
SET-UP / TAKE-DOWN: Stallholders may set-up from 8:30 am to be ready by 11:00 am but all non-exempt vehicles must be out of the village centre by 10.30am at the latest.

The Festival is expected to end at around 5:00 pm after which vehicles will be allowed back onto the site for stalls to be taken down. Please take any rubbish or unwanted items with you at the end of the day.
